Is anybody working on an anonymous whistleblower microapp for Nostr?

Naturally, any Nostr client could be used by a whistleblower to get their information into the public sphere anonymously, but I’m talking about a microapp specifically built for this purpose, with enhanced capabilities to protect any possible tracing of the whistleblower by highly-motivated security agencies.

nostr:npub13azv2cf3kd3xdzcwqxlgcudjg7r9nzak37usnn7h374lkpvd6rcq4k8m54 already brings this with getwired.app . It has PoW to differentiate with low effort random spam. They can use it wisely using Tor Browser on Tails or Whonix.
