Question: what's the benefit of downloading fdroid apk versions of apps if my phone is not degoogled yet? does it have any additional value and if yes, blz explain like I'm interested in using mossad's🧙♀️ NIP-05?

What I don't like with big tech/normie apps are the trackers... these are 3rd party libraries packaged with the apk for various purposes like analytics, ads,etc... some of them are invasive as f* ...
