Get ollama.ai and download a 22-language model (I think its called aya) and have a universal translator on your laptop you can run 100% offline.
How is the expat life? Any regrets?
nope, nothing so far is beyond my expectation. Germany is great and I'm lucky to have met a nice landlady which is a surprise. oh btw the Euro 2024 ⚽️ is great, you can feel the atmosphere at the streets.
How tax friendly has Germany been for you? Europe looks great but I have concerns about its socialist policies
well speaking of which, the status quo of being a welfare state comes at a cost I believe, so I do say it’s quite high lol. I’m not sure how it is compared to the US, but I’m sure that it’s more socialist than China and actually this is the real socialism in some positive way, for the moment at least.
