The 🇺🇸, after stating that the use of cluster bombs would be a war crime, is now sending cluster bombs to Ukraine.

Why would they do that?

The only answer that makes sense is that they want to kill Russians at any cost (and innocent Ukrainian children who later step on one of those mines are acceptable collateral damage), and …

…they’ve run out of other munitions to send.

I heard that the military was dependent on China for weapons manufacturing, but the situation must be pretty dire.
