Bananas are slightly radioactive because they contain potassium-40 (⁴⁰K), a naturally occurring isotope. One banana emits about 0.1 microsieverts of radiation — extremely low and harmless.

The human body, including your testicles, also contains potassium and carbon-14, so you’re mildly radioactive too. But your testicles don’t give off more radiation than other body parts — and they give off less than a banana overall, because you’re not concentrating radioactive isotopes like bananas do with potassium.

If you’re just sitting there with your junk in normal conditions — not soaking in uranium or working in a nuclear plant naked — you’re all good.
