I have been trying to get into Linux… where should I start? I have a small comp running Ubuntu

Personally i would look at reviews on youtube, in forums, reddits etc for the various installation methods, and what each option can do for you, it took me playing around with ubuntu for two years before before i got into arch, now that ive been on the arch journey i did 10 different instals using all the different options, some like simple and some like more sophisticated options.
DO NOT THINK YOU WILL BE OKAY WITH A GENERIC INSTALL FROM YOUTUBE OR FORUMS! You have to do alil research on the arch homepage and read a bit. It sounds boring and lame but ill be the first to say its totally worth it and saved me so much time!

Yes there is so many environments to use and each is very cool and customizable alot of people like kde and i3 me i like cinnamon right now. Let me know what you choose and are fond of lol this is why i said i have done over ten different installs 🤣
Lol, I did try fedora a little, seems cool, need to get away from Ubuntu I think, but baby steps… idk if I’m ready for arch
Fedora is cool, more me messing with arch has been what i was looking for. Something to test my skills and also just have a interest in customization whether its hardware or software. I have been messing with gnome recently environment wise. But just explore the wiki, git repos, i just have fun playing around with it. My baby is blackarch though thats my favorite so far its so clean.
Dont forget to do neofetch and switch your PFP to anime girl or guy 😎
Hahah, I know you are 100% telling like it is… what if I am not into anime? Can I use arch?
