Doctors get taken to fancy dinners and given cash incentives by big pharma companies , hence why doctors love to shove pills down peoples throats.

They shove those pills so that they can shove more in the future. The cycle continues and someone is getting rich and gains control

Even in cannabis research big pharma is a problem. They need something they can patent and make in a lab. Their lobbying has had horrible effects in many countries. I tried sativex, it’s horrible.
