They look great but don’t think I would eat that kind of meat.

Is it lamb?

Btw, I think there’s a very good chance we may know mutual people in NYC.

One of my Model guy friends used to do a lot of catering gigs.

There was a catering company in NYC that used to hire mostly Models for their catering events — obvi for high end events, Fashion Designer parties, events where Celebrities attended. . . not sure if that catering company is around anymore tho.

I also have a very talented Fashion Designer friend who has probably attended one of your events.

Also have friends in L.A. area — a Photographer who was featured in NYT, has 📷 lot of famous people including Patti Smith and he used to be based in NYC, an Architect guy friend (with Collaborators) who designed the Oscars Green Room several years ago, another Artist/Educator guy friend, Hollywood industry folks, etc.

Yeah we use different staffing agencies and we also staff our own parties all the time. The picture is of a 3lb tomahawk ribeye.

More up your alley?

Ribeye is steak?

I’ve never tasted steak since stopped eating red meat as a teenager because I didn’t like the texture.

But I have tasted an In-N-Out Burger and it IS way better than other fast food burgers!

I also worked at a high end catering company on the weekends and holidays on the East Coast, in a city I did NOT like. It was a very interesting peek into the lives of the ultra wealthy!

One family had a 🇫🇷Monet painting in the kitchen that we had to be careful of, haha. The man was an Inventor and Businessman, very generous and kind person. Still recall the $200 tip he gave each of us (like 4 catering staff) who was at their house on Thanksgiving Day.

If you want more post engagements, I think you should post more food pics — but finished meals.
