Before Bitcoin, your elderly family member who didn’t trust the banks would hoard cash and gold.

When they died, the family would get access to the deceased prepper’s money.

There was no “password” on the money.

The Satscard *could* be like that. Normal people who want to save some “cash in the digital mattress” without worrying about seed phrases and passwords could use a satscard.

Is there a way to think about this and build bitcoin gold/cash-like products that survives the test of time for the average prepper hoarder?

Perhaps a fire/water-resistant cover for the satscard is all we need?

Is the Satscard any easier to grok than a password? Having never used one, I’d have no idea what to do with it. The two options seem to be about on par.
