- ✅ continue exercise routines

- ✅ more pauses (intentional quick prayers to reconnect with God)

- ❌ increase fasting (slight decrease from last year)

- ✅ more time in the church

- ❌ writing

- ✅ increase in family devotions and church

- ✅ read more with the kiddos
