Tells you what I know. 😅 I assume there's metadata around the APK? I was thinking packages as in .deb, AUR, etc.

My thinking was 25k (I'm open to go higher) to get it "packaged", then there are ongoing zaps to the maintainer/developer. Maybe that's not the right approach if there's heavy lifting to keep it indexed?

There is metadata alongside the APK (as nostr events) but there is no wrapping. The hash is checked on the original APK.

The heavy part is finding where exactly they publish, Proton is inconsistent AF. And then keep checking for updates - provided they don't move things around. Thats why Github/Gitlab are easy, they are predictable and accessible via API.

I just found Pass on Fdroid, so its indexed now.

Searched for Calendar on Obtainium, I only see garbage. Can you share which source you got it from in Obtainium?

Proton does a garbage job of this, no doubt.

Calendar seems to be the worst, as it's a static URL, so Obtainium flails away.
