There are no problems in particular, but there are two things I want to check.β
First, is it correct to understand that "wss://filter.nostr.wine/~" can also get information about other users from the many relays listed in the Readme, whereas "wss://nostr.wine" (not a filter) can only get information about users who have paid for their wines?
Next, as a problem in Nostr as a whole, there are reports in Japanese that the number of following users sometimes decreases to around 0 or 256. In order to solve this problem, systems have been built to back up the information of following users. Are there any ways to mitigate this problem on the relay side (such as broadcasting previously reported following when extremely few following users are received), and are there any plans to implement them?

You are correcr about filter.nostr.wine and nostr.wine! Only filter is pulling/pushing to large public relays. Nostr.wine is itβs own separate walled garden.
