Don't trust cloud providers period. If you are still using Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive or Apple iCloud, you NGMI. They can scan and see all your files. Even after deleting, they retain copies for god knows how long. You'll just be introducing more potential risks pointed right at your rectum.

Self-host your own private cloud or, at the very least, use an trustworthy open-source privacy-focused provider that has end-to-end encryption. Take it a step further by adding a second layer of encryptiong using Cryptomator or VeraCrypt containers before uploading anything important.
