I started doing saunas & cold plunges last October & I love the after glow - every inch feels alive & rested at the same time

A friend built one on a mountain fed creek in the forest & I'm fortunate to receive invites. It's not something I would have considered before, but a sauna on a river is a dream feature in a Citadel for me now 🧡
