When I get a moment, I’ve learnt to do what I call the “power 10”
- Set a 10 min timer on my phone
- Sit in silence with eyes closed
- Observe my mind
When I finish, if I have time, I like to write notes
Whatever comes to mind
Often it help me to see the most important task of the day
Or be kinder to myself
Sometimes it even pumps me up
I feel so supported
Ready to take on the world
One’s worries drop away
