This is a great tactical post and a showcase for how powerful NOSTR is at connecting solution oriented high agency people.
But another thread here that makes me feel like I can run through a brick wall is seeing pipe hitting- best-of the best military operators that had to spend time overseas now mingling with civilians and other vets on NOSTR to solve problems.
No one is coming to save us, team.
We so desperately need our vets domestically right now for their work ethic and courage. Courage has been in such short supply and one of the reasons is that there’s been an ocean keeping us from seeing it in front of our eyes every day.
I get so fired up when I see this type of connection and collaboration happening here for that reason. This is what the solution looks like.
When North Carolina was going through what it went through, the only people doing fuck all were three members of the Bitcoin vets network putting up mesh networks while sleeping on grounds in abandon houses.
Three guys outworked an entire government to get comms up where it was needed most. THREE. On their own dime. Because it was the right thing to do.
We don’t need lots of people to fix big problems we just need the right ones. Vets feel like a critical part of meaningful change.
Thank you all for your service.
