I recently spent some time away with a friend. I thought I'd share some of my travel goods. There's no way I can eat as well elsewhere than I can at home, but these goodies help.

As you may know, drinking water is pretty awful no matter where you are, even if (especially if?) it's bottled in plastic. The best I can do is carry my lifestraw water bottle with me, but it doesn't pour so that's that. All my hot water is whatever I can get πŸ˜•

In baggies: water processed organic decaf instant coffee, mushroom-collagen-cocoa mix, 1 tsp powdered coconut creamer/sugar, and spice blend (made with 2 parts cinnamon, 2 parts ginger, 1 part cardamom).

Plasma minerals

Electrolytes

Morning and afternoon teas

Food upgrades:

Redmond's sea salt

Small bottle of real olive oil (did you know some--a lot?--of it in stores is rancid/adulterated?)

Travel sized Pluck organs powder

Tincture of "| Travel Well" (love this blend for keeping balanced!)

Do you have any food/drink helps for when you travel? Do share!

I try to pack a cooler with foods I enjoy. The longer I eat good quality food, the less I enjoy eating restaurant food.

so true. i crave home grown food now.

the place my wife and i go now when we want to go out is actually a particular Mexican food truck, which has a fun covered seating area. it’s one of the few places that serves real food.

So true! Flying is the worst; I'd love to bring a thermos of soup but "liquids" πŸ™„
