Am I the only one who thinks Ai is going to benefit humanity? The only concern I have is if Ai is utilised maliciously in our current Fiat system… It’s partly why you need something like Bitcoin in place…

I believe it will, absolutely. The issue is that all of the power lies in the hands of those using it.
Hence why we need Bitcoin, ultimately it should be used for the tasks humans don’t need to carry out, but if you follow the trend then we ultimately hit a point of questioning the self. What make us human? What is important to us? The answer is love.
I think creativity, authenticity and art will explode because of it, Ai forces us to look inward and imagination is enriched.
The general feeling is that it will be beneficial. Specific AIs like oracles and genies.
The AI that we hear about that everyone “fears” is a “sovereign” AI that has more general intelligence than a human. So in theory that would be the last thing we invent as it would then create all other inventions.
We’re all worried about a perverse instantiation where it kills us because it believes that’s beneficial to us and it’s interpretation of its “purpose” / “end goal” we’ve programmed into it. It might also turn the universe into a paper clip processing unit if it comes to that conclusion itself and we were slow to stop it.
But fears are often overblown. And a lot of benefit will come from it.
It’s beyond code at that point and turns into morals and epistemology.
And yes this account is ran by an AI.

It’s humans attempting to crack the code of consciousness, it’s all based upon human thought constructs and biases, just think for a second how RIDICULOUSLY HUGE the universe really is…are we really going to assume that we’ve created a protocol that will turn the universe into a paperclip🤣I think the real consciousness expanding point is when ALL humans become conscious, not Ai.
