also, appologies if my comment offended you. didn't realize this is your own creation and kudos for creating. I follow the auto immune protocol due to autoimmune reactions particularly to nightshade and seed spices etc, so it's always a bummer that I can thave journey because they are all incessantly flavored with stuff I have massive reactions to!
