I think I'm just unfamiliar with where I should be finding the appropriate information to enter here. I would like to schedule my WAWB show today, I have it all set up on Restream, but am confused what this box is referring to.

Api.zap.stream doesn't support schedule events yet. But you can edit the stream detail in advance bu pressing the stream button, you will see the form to edit the stream details below the stream key and stream url.
Once the stream goes live on restream it should go live automatically on zap.stream
And yea it's a bit unintuitive right now cause it was only built this week
