I'm so detached from TV and mainstream social media. the idea of killing someone over a difference of opinion is so outside of my model of reality.

these hate algos and large scale social contagion mechanisms are making people dumb and deranged

All I'm commenting on is that it's happening and that they both are mad at the same thing but are too busy yelling at each other to realize it
