Flashing your headlights at other cars to let them know about an upcoming speed trap is a great example of civil disobedience that benefits your fellow citizens.
Not only do they slow down (safer) but they also avoid a hefty fine from the state.

Many years ago in the UK, Automobile Association patrols would do exactly this when they saw members with the appropriate radiator badge.
