Do it or discard it. Don’t “to-do” and don’t dwell on it, whenever possible. Otherwise, it’s extra weight on your shoulders, extra thoughts in your head. That’s the stuff that doesn’t let you sleep at night, or doesn’t let you focus on your life’s task. Clear the to-do list, clear your mind, and in doing so, you clear your path and free your spirit.
