She was casually like so they are banning tik tok or trying to anyways

Of course I know why they wanna ban it. But I wanted more of a normies take on it so I was like “why? “

Yea my wife is still a normie

But anyways she wuz like because everyone is getting exposed. The government and the people in power don’t like us all coming together and freely sharing ideas and talking. Because then they can’t control the narrative. She was like for example

If Biden lies about something 30 seconds later a million people have already debunked it as not true.

Then I said that’s why all the tik tok people are moving to nostr

She immediately was like yeah but that’s a bitcoin app

I said no it’s not

I then broke down freedom tech and freedom money as 2 separate things

And she was like well then why is it only bitcoin people on nostr???

I said that is changing, but it just so happens that the people who care about freedom and freedom tech… it just so happens that that aligns with the values of bitcoin

So bitcoin people are all over nostr first, maybe because we are more intelligent, curious, passionate, hell idk

But basically it’s the group of people who are fixing the money that will by default fix the world 🌎
