Today after 6 months I observed the statistics of users in #nostr

I’m sad…😣 📉

Relax. Every new freedom platform starts this way. Keep laying the groundwork. Keep uploading content. Keep onboarding people with the easiest protocols. When the next big censorship story hits, or when Elon stops pretending to have free speech on his platform, there will be another exodus.

That’s the point at which we must full-court press. Until then, just keep building…

How do you figure? People are chilling on X and Insta. Let’s the censorship (it will, now or later) turn up again and this time let’s do a better job putting it on the table.

If Primal were around then, it would’ve been easier. The average people struggle with keys.

We’re going slowly but surely. The adoption of #nostr now is not an option, it is a decision.

Absolutely. We just have to evangelize. I mean, when I first got on here, it was pretty quiet. It’s stepped up a bit I think. It’s always slowest at the beginning.
