Gm nostriches and happy new year. Time to reset, make some resolutions to be broken but with consistency, your routines may already be set and simply maintained.

Stay humble AND stack sats. Get exercise, eat more steam and give attention to your sleep schedule. Simples.

First of the month 10k, which for the sake of my hips may be reduced to only a monthly 5k, combined with a little more biking. At least managed to hit some personal records on the way.

Time for #coffeechain no.3 I reckon.
