Hung out with a friend last night who's into real estate. He's contemplating selling for Bitcoin. The smart ones are starting to figure it out. I'm just curious as to how long the transition will be.

It will take a while. There isn’t much liquidity in real estate. The whole process is cumbersome. Plus a lot of them still think it’s 2021 and they can demand top dollar, as normies get poorer and poorer. But it’s inevitable
