I believe you’ll be able to filter the global feed by specific relays in a future Damus update. Other clients may support it too.

You can try using Iris client which does some filtering. Or remove public relays & add paid relays like Wine + Wine Filter which broadcasts and pulls from public relays.

You can try filter.nostr.wine but you’ll also need to turn off the other public relays and only have paid relays.
