I was with you on decentralized energy systems up to the wholr "help humanity" nonsense. I am not spending my paycheck building a Nicoll-Dyson beam to make friends, (although perhaps the friends I make along the way are the true meaning of Kardashev scale).

Perhaps the Kardashev scale of Distributed Love Energy will save humanity from the Nicoll-Dyson beam the Zeta-Reticuli surely have pointed at Earth right now. No need to make your own.
