It should come as no surprise why I regularly come to Steve's defense to defend our work ethic in a world where our hard work and commitment to quality is frequently reduced in the public mind as Steve Jobs having been a tyrant or a dictator rather than a great design leader.

It should come as no surprise that those of us on his winning team including the design team he treated like family would feel responsible to protect his honor and legacy in the harsh light of public scrutiny and lowering standards.
