Fiat land does not want to exit the system. They want to remain in the system. They want the fiat railz and fiat gainz. This is how they front run the ETF, by leaving the price action and custody to the ETF sponsors’ purchasing of Bitcoin.

Agreed. But this suppresses price of BTC yes? since I assume etf custodians are buying the BTC ahead of their listings off exchange. I have heard argument that this further “coils” the BTC price spring, but it’s tough watching fiatland faces melted while the actual valuable asset, BTC, takes a back seat.

I have no idea. I imagine that these ETF holders will have a lot of buying to do, and the price will move accordingly. As always, zoom out. We know what we hold, they don’t. We will win. They will lose.
