Jesus. Huge demand for gold by all countries and many economically nervous people. Ever heard of supply and demand? There is nothing hype about it. Actually banksters and government have acted for decades to keep the price artificially low. That it has escaped their control should tell you a lot.

Bankster used paper gold ETFs to suppress price for a long time. Apparently gold price escaped that. They controlled it but their control has been slipping for a while in the last couple of years. And here we are.
