:neon_skull: Updated Mastodon Bird UI to 1.7.1rc7-nightly on #MementoMoriSocial v4.2.0-beta1+nightly-2023-08-08~mementomori-social-mods. This fixes the annoying layout bug on mobile (a compatibility issue with 4.2.0) where the bottom bar items seem not to be the same width.

I'm releasing the next major version 1.7.1 of #MastodonBirdUI probably during the upcoming weekend.
