What do you do about spam DMs on nostr? There isn't a way to delete anything afaict?

Which client(s) you're using?
Most clients distinguish between DMs from known & unknown npubs.
You don't need to delete the unwanted DMs but you could easily mute the npub.
Ignore and delete? Kill that relay? IDK...
