Bernie Sanders added an ammendment to the Riley act to charge more for h1b1s and make it so a company cannot receive h1b1s if they are laying off Americans.

I hate that I'm rooting for Bernie but that is exactly what I want as a first step.

I mean obviously end all h1b1s and deport all Indian CEOs but this is a good start.
