some streets with poor drainage were flooded but i mean, it's just a bit of water.

one headline exaggerated and said "the Ring 2 motorway is flooded" - while technically true, it was only a small part of it. i live next to that motorway, and i assure you that if the entire thing was flooded, so would the entire hospital campus i live next to be, and so would the entire downtown area, seeing as Ring 2 surrounds it and it goes uphill.
