Some people just don’t know what they don’t know.

I’ll admit, pineapple on pizza is not for the average pizza chef. Poor ingredients, poor methodology, poor ratios, can all doom such an adventurous culinary attempt.

But with the right finesse, attention to detail, and dedication, it is a delicacy that cannot be denied.

The typical ā€œHawaiianā€ pizza is an outlandish cultural appropriation that deserves nothing short of condemnation.

For those that deny its pizza authenticity, I’d suggest their taste buds have embraced a form culinary discrimination that discredits their judgements in all food related matters.
