I'm also all ears on the best way to do so while running Twitter Spaces, happy to take that over once I figure out a good setup.

I just use 2 browsers and PulseAudio Volume Control on my Linux desktop. I set the Twitter Spaces browser to use Virtual_Sync as the output device and the Nostr Nests browser to use Virtual_Sync Monitor as the input device. I then turn on my Mic in Nostr Nests. It's pretty simple and work really, really well.
