I suggest finding someone you like on here and looking at who they follow to find more accounts to add some diversity and content to your feed.

You can also sign in with someone else's npub to see what their nostr experience looks like, you just can't post as them.

That should definitely help your experience.
Another tip which might be overly obvious, but I often forget myself, if things seem too quiet, switch to the conversations or replies feed.
Sometimes there just aren't that many new notes coming through, but there are always interesting conversations you can look at and join in!
