You're new. Very few people will see a note you send out. You need to have people that are following you.

Do this:

Pick some things you're interested in. #bitcoin #football #footpics

Then follow those hashtags. Whenever someone mentions that stuff you will see it. Comment on stuff that interests you. You'll start getting some 🤙 and follows. Over time when you post a random note people comment 🤙, whatever. In the meantime you will have found some really cool stuff.
