I did 34 quarts of stewed tomatoes from our garden and 8 pints of salsa. Set for a while. 😆

Very nice… my tomatoes didn’t produce enough to do any volume this year… I think we over crowded them this year (40 plants in total).
Most of my pepper got eaten by the local rabbit population… I might catch them fuckers for breeding in the future but I gotta stop em next year lmfao…
I have a bruschetta addiction. Only a small percentage of my tomatoes ever make it into jars. Hopefully the greenhouses keep us going a few more weeks.
I ate 95% of the cherry tomatoes as soon as I picked them…
They never make it into the house…
