Open question really 🙋🏽‍♂️

It seems strange to me to “celebrate” a halving with a rally relatively short after.. each 4 years.. with the knowledge of future halvings?

In TradFi markets that would be priced in already..

Is it because the majority of people think bitcoin is an incertainty and risk?
