Chinese researchers and their Myanmar partner have discovered two new species of large catfish, Bagarius protos and Bagarius dolichonema, in rivers in China and Myanmar, both of which are large, bottom-dwelling predators, a recent report in the taxonomic journal Zoosystematics and Evolution revealed.
