I find it interesting how people confuse the images that drive the psyche with the reflection in their mirror.

Everyone uses the term ego but nobody actually understands what it means. Without an ego your immune system will just stop doing it's work and the information in your genes will not be passed forward.

And that's not a conversation, that's just an answer to a very dangerous idea rapidly perpetuating in "spiritual circles"
