My entire family woke up in a bad mood today. I put them all in the car and we went for a bushwalk.

Now everyone is much happier after a walk, some sun and fresh air. We talked about our last big holiday to Tasmania and now I'm having the last of the coffee I bought when we were over there. A walk can save your life or at least perk you up.

The picture was from a logged area amongst the forest. In Australia we call places outside of the city the 'bush', it can refer to a forest. Bushwalk is the same as a hike.
