Oh yes 😅 ゆ = yu

わ=yu? なのですか。

Hello Jeroen san.

わ=wa

り=ri

ら=ra

the rest is ok☺️

Darumaさん、こんにちは ! 🫂

Thanks I figured it out

わ=wa (my mistake!)

りwas noted spelled as ri, but I heard it pronounced as ri=ti/di as I would prenounce di at least so I got a bit confused 🤔

Same for ら= ra is pronounced as I would say 'la' 🤔

💜🫂

Thank you for the zap🥰ri and di sound very similar.

La, ri, ru, re, ro = These words are pronounced like slamming your tongue in your mouth.

Da, di, du, = These are pronounced as if the tongue is placed behind the front teeth and slammed into the mouth.

I'm Japanese, but I don't think there is a more difficult language than Japanese.☺️

Ok thank you! I will keep your advice in mind when practising the pronounciations. Im still early in the course though 😅 learning all the Hiragana characters now

I'm glad I was able to help you.🫶
