Love this strategy-Taking my real estate cash flow and converting to #bitcoin. So many people have told me to sell my real estate portfolio and buy bitcoin. The thing is, that’s A way, but may not be THE way. I’m open to hear different thoughts…..

There is room for a hybrid between the two perspectives. The middle way. Cut your underperforming properties and convert to Bitcoin. Keep your best (most scarce) properties as a “hard asset” portfolio balance.

That certainly is a “way” 🍊😉

I’ve been doing the same but I would have been better off if I just bought bitcoin with the down payments instead of houses. I also have a pretty low tolerance for all the admin that goes with rentals. Bitcoin is so much simpler to buy and send to cold storage once and then you’re done.

Hindsight is always 20/20. If you have good interest rates, class A / B properties with good management in place, and in a growing market, using RE positive cash flow to buy bitcoin is a hack most ppl don’t have.

For sure, it’s like your tenants are working hard and stacking for you.
