Crossfit is my way of training my body and mind. It gives me my daily dose if discomfort and suffering but also gives me my little wins. That challange keeps me extremely humble in the face of what my body can do and what I want it to be able to do.
I live simple life. I train, eat good, sleep and do art...and yeah I study The Resistance Money. This scheme feels good and I miss it when I fall back sometimes.
This is my #dailyproofofwork as nothing in life is free ride.
