Why wouldn't anyone call this in over the radios? Those snipers should have easily taken the guy down as soon as he peaked.
Five bucks says the local PD radios and the Secret Service radios can't talk to eachother 👀

I'm actually guessing that's probably the case for direct comms but there should be a Joint Operations Center for the detail that would cross relay reports between elements.
One would hope there would be *at least* that 👀
