With enough people guessing someone will get it right. Does anyone know this person and is he consistently making accurate predictions?

For sure, there are plenty of failed guesses all the time. The nature of this one is very odd and specific. You don’t see a call like this with this much conviction and see it happen. The price on the exchanges move at the end of the day and settled within a few dollars of the prediction.
